• Your order item has a different design

• Your item arrived damaged

• Your item If the carrier was unable to deliver your order and it was returned to our manufacturing facility

• Your item didn't arrive or was lost in the mail

Only items that are "Like New" will be refunded. Items that are decorated, altered, or washed return will not be accepted
